Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all products — whether defective or non-defective — as long as the item is in new and unused condition.

  • Return and Exchange Window: Within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Accepted Conditions: Products must be unused and in their original packaging

To start a return or exchange, simply follow the instructions included in your package.

Return Method and Shipping

All returns are processed by mail. We include a prepaid return shipping label in every package, so you won’t incur any shipping costs when sending items back to us.

  • Return Shipping Label: Included in the original package

  • Cost to You: Free — No Restocking or Return shipping fees

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the required conditions, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement product once the return is received and approved.
