1. Returns for Defective Products Only
We accept returns only if:
The product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.
The defect is reported within 30 days of receiving the item.
The product is in its original condition and packaging with all included accessories.
We do not accept returns for:
Non-defective items
Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or accidents
Normal wear and tear
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
2. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective product, you may request a return for a refund or a replacement unit (if available).
3. How to Request a Return
If you believe your product is defective, follow these steps:
Contact us at sales@arcadiamachines.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and determine if the product qualifies for a return.
4. Refund Process
If the return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 6 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
