At Arcadia Machines, we stand behind the quality of our products. All arcade games purchased from arcadiamachines.ca come with a 2-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage

This 2-year limited warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship

  • Malfunctions due to normal use

  • Replacement or repair of defective parts

2. What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage)

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Issues caused by power surges or improper electrical setup

  • Commercial or rental use (unless specified otherwise)

3. How to Request Warranty Service

If you experience an issue with your arcade machine:

  1. Contact us at sales@arcadiamachines.ca with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. We may request photos/videos to assess the problem.

  3. If the issue falls under warranty, we’ll arrange for a repair, replacement, or necessary parts at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Repairs

  • If a replacement part is required, we will ship it at no cost.

  • If a repair is needed, we may request the product to be returned for servicing. The customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arcadia Machines is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
