1. Returns for Defective Products Only

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.

  • The defect is reported within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging with all included accessories.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Non-defective items

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

2. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective product, you may request a return for a refund or a replacement unit (if available).

3. How to Request a Return

If you believe your product is defective, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@arcadiamachines.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and determine if the product qualifies for a return.

4. Refund Process

  • If the return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 6 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
